Description

Indium Sputtering Targets are essential for various applications such as thin film deposition, decoration, semiconductor manufacturing, display production, LED and photovoltaic device fabrication, and functional coating development. Indium, a post-transition metal with properties akin to gallium, is soft, metallic gray and exhibits a density of 7.3 g/cc, a melting point of 157°C, and a vapor pressure of 10-4 Torr at 742°C. Notably, Indium has the unique ability to adhere to glass and similar surfaces. These targets are crucial for depositing indium tin oxide (ITO) films in solar cells to enhance electrical conductivity and light transmission, thereby improving solar energy conversion efficiency. 

Additionally, Indium Sputtering Targets enable the deposition of anti-reflective coatings and back contact layers in photovoltaic devices, enhancing charge collection and extraction for improved device performance.
