Find an existing powder product by material, then define the chemistry, particle size, morphology and quantity your process needs. Product-specific pages provide the detailed options; special requirements can be reviewed from your specification.
Choose a material family below. Each link opens an existing MetalsTek product page. Powder form and specifications vary by material and should be confirmed on the product page or in an RFQ.
Particle shape and size are selection criteria, not a universal option across every metal. Tell us which form your process requires so availability can be checked for that material.
Often requested where powder flow and packing matter, including some additive manufacturing and spray processes. Specify the process and desired size distribution.
Often used for blending, pressing, sintering or formulation work. State whether particle shape is critical and provide the sieve or micron range.
Fine powders may need additional control of surface condition, agglomeration, handling and packaging. Specify the measurement basis and application.
Provide the working specification when available. We will review material-specific supply options rather than assume that every listed powder is offered in every form.
Send the material, powder form, particle size, purity and quantity. We will review the specification for your application.
Additive manufacturing, thermal spraying, powder metallurgy and research can call for different combinations of chemistry, particle size distribution, morphology and surface condition. Name the actual process in your RFQ; a powder suitable for one process is not automatically qualified for another.
How to choose indium powder purity, particle size and oxidation control explains a material-specific selection example. Silver powder vs. silver nanopowder discusses size-related trade-offs. Use the relevant product page for current supply details.
No universal form is stated for this hub. Availability depends on the material and required specification; identify the form in your RFQ for review.
Provide a mesh or micron range at minimum. If distribution matters, specify D10, D50 and D90 with the measurement method or attach your specification.
Yes, send the target composition, purity, particle size, quantity and application. Existing alloy and compound ranges are described on their linked product pages; a custom request needs a feasibility review.
