Rhenium Powder is a silvery-gray crystal with high hardness, good plasticity, and high mechanical strength. Its chemical formula is Re, and its molecular weight is 186.21. Rhenium powder cannot dissolve in water and has a 21.02g/cm³ density. It has an incredibly high melting point of 3,180℃ and a boiling point 5,596℃. Rhenium Powder is widely used in the petrochemical industry and plays a significant role in the production of tungsten and molybdenum. The powder is often used to manufacture Rhenium Crucibles, containers used for anticorrosion, nuclear reaction, and ultra-high evaporation.
